Innovation and Simplification are two strategic drivers for the development and competitiveness of the country. The European Digital Wallet (E-Wallet), the digital identity and toolkit of each individual, Artificial Intelligence, which is increasingly becoming part of our daily lives, and new technological tools are profoundly transforming the relationship between citizens, businesses and Public Administration.

This is a complex system that is changing society day by day, in which human interactions and activities are increasingly interconnected. Clear rules are therefore needed to ensure that technology serves people, without creating barriers, while promoting accessibility, inclusion and trust.

In this context, digital delegation for representation takes on particular importance, not only as a tool but, above all, as an expression of the relationship of trust between citizens, professionals and Public Administration. The ability to grant secure and fully interoperable delegations is essential to making the new digital ecosystem truly effective, particularly in the field of business and professional services.

The Administrative Services Specialist, a professional operating under Italian Law No. 4/2013, is among the key players who can contribute to improving interaction with Public Administration. Administrative Services Specialists act as facilitators, supporting citizens, businesses and professionals throughout the digital transition, while ensuring local accessibility, qualified assistance and the simplification of administrative procedures. Thousands of professionals perform this facilitating role every day, contributing to economic development and the modernisation of the country.

Digital security is equally important. The conference aims to highlight how innovation, skills and technology can help strengthen personal protection, ensure secure and informed access to services, and promote the full exercise of individual rights.

Innovation must, in fact, serve people, so that technological progress translates into genuine social and civic progress, combining opportunities, security and inclusion, while also helping to combat all forms of violence and discrimination.

This is the context for the discussion proposed by the Conference, bringing together representatives of institutions, Government, public administrations, businesses, associations and professional communities, all invited to share a common vision for building innovation that genuinely serves society as a whole.
